After successfully working on numerous service jobs for this customer’s testing plant since 2017, the customer has bought about 800 BOT hours so that Plant Werx engineers can immediately perform troubleshooting and SCADA support services as and when needed 24/7.

• Continuous support on customer’s facilities SCADA, fulfilling day-to-day requirement change

• Customer does not have available personnel who can provide support on non-project basis
