Ongoing Support despite Customer Delays

In 2018, Plant Werx provided PLC and SCADA automation services in our F&B customer’s facilities and utilities.

Goals

• SCADA software version upgrade
• Full deployment of migrated system
• Decommissioning of old system

Challenges

• Obsolete programming plugins from Windows XP era
• The development part has been completed along with partial deployment in 2020 but customer encountered delays in other aspects of the project

Solutions Implemented by Plant Werx

• Replacement of the obsolete plugins with built- in tools by AVEVA System Platform
• As a reliable partner, Plant Werx is still following up with the customer about the progress and our engineer still attend to site concerns as and when necessary
